SULAIMANI (LEMON TEA) - to be taken after having Biriyani

Description: Sulaimani is a form of black lemon tea popular in the Malabar region of Kerala. The name is of Arabic origin. It is a good beverage, usually taken after a stomach full dinner of Biriyani. This beverage will allieviate all the ill effects of the heavy food and soothens the stomach and help us to have a very good overnight sleep.
Ingredients:
Water
Tea leaves (black)
Lime
Sugar
Preparation (for 4 cups)
Boil 4 cups of water. Add one teaspoon of black tea leaves and stir two tablespoon sugar and close the lid. Put out the fire. Wait for one minute and then squeeze half a lime to it. Serve hot.
